The 2010-2011 project aims to help kids and Youths in Khamman in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
Illiteracy is a strong cause for physical and social illness. To help a child in his education means giving him an opportunity for life.
The project (€ 44,000), includes the construction of an elementary school in Bonakal, a village of 300 families living in complete poverty without basic needs.
The goal is to provide an education through an English education system based on human respect and spirituality, to empower these people which are often excluded from society, giving them hope for a better life, health, peace and progress.
The first phase of the project involves the construction of the ground floor of the school with six classrooms and two offices for administration and for teachers. During the first year 50 children will be admitted in the nursery school and 50 in the elementary school.
The second phase will include the construction of the second floor with other 6 classrooms, computer room and a laboratory to accommodate total 500 kids.
It is also possible to sponsor more than 50 children aged between 6 and 12 years by creating a direct relationship with them.
